Wellness Club

Our facility offers meditation and yoga classes, mindfulness workshops, and personalized wellness programs designed to help individuals reduce stress, improve focus and boost their overall health. Our experienced instructors create a warm and welcoming environment for all levels of practice.

Mindfulness Courses

Our courses include mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), mindful eating, mindful communication, mindful movement (yoga and tai chi), and compassion cultivation training. Our expert instructors create a supportive and non-judgmental environment, using evidence-based techniques and practical tools to help participants cultivate awareness, reduce stress, and enhance their quality of life. Signature Services

Our institution provides mindfulness-based psychotherapy sessions that aim to help individuals cultivate present-moment awareness, reduce stress, and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves and others. Additionally, we also provide health spa services like acupuncture, aromatherapy, Reiki, chiropractic care, cupping therapy, and life coaching.
